Wendy from Dozi Design is a lady after our own hearts. Not only is she an extremely talented artist, but she also has a knack for taking everyday ordinary objects and turning them into something truly extraordinary. Take this summer dress project , Dozi eyed this piece on a clearance rack from Target. Its original form was a bit unflattering, so she put her creativity to work and just look at what she created. For our first project in our new segment called Take Something Ordinary and Make it Extraordinary, we’d love to feature this amazing project from the Subversive Seamster. It’s a little bit funky, a little bit retro, a little eco-friendly, and a whole lot of stylish mixed into one great top. The perfect signature shirt for a modern day mom looking for ways to save a few bucks, look good at the same time, and if at all possible not damage the planet any more than it already is.
