I’ve got some big news to share with you today. I alluded to it in yesterday’s post, did you catch it?
“Expanding on this amazing opportunity I’ve been given to make a living doing what I love and being who I am and sharing more of it with you here (I thank you guys each and every morning for giving me the chance to do just this) — and realizing I don’t have to be a one woman show“
I don’t talk about it a whole lot here, and perhaps that is something I should change (would you be interested in hearing more about what I do?), but there is always a lot going on here behind the scenes. Over the last two years, my love for Pinterest; all things social media; and bringing people together has turned from what once started as a hobby, and way to meet other women in the same life phase as me into an honest to goodness full-time job that is starting to pay the bills.
I love it, but it’s not a job you train for or ever really feel prepared to do and I am at a point where I realize I could do more and be better if I weren’t trying to juggle so many plates on my own.
That, and like I told you …. I really love being part of a team.
So I’m starting one of my own, right here on Kids Stuff World.
Meet the team
To start, I’ll be bringing on two new writers to help me make KSW everything I envision it can be.
These ladies aren’t just super talented at what they do, but they are also dear friends of mine, so I know you are going to love them just as much as I do.
Want to meet them?
ain’t she cute? And super sharp too. Jessica will be sharing her love for feeding her family healthy foods and baby steps towards a happier, healthier, simpler life. She’ll kick things off for us tomorrow, but in the meantime stop by One Simple Thing and say Hi. Take a peek at all the fabulous things she has going on over there and get ready to be amazed.
This is Lacy, adorable soon to be mom of three, chicken farming, Beyonce loving Lacy. When she’s not dancing with her little cuties, or hanging with her big polar bear dog Artemis you can find her writing all over the internet. She writes for Disney Baby, Moonfrye, Mom. me, her own blog Living on Love and now us! Lucky, lucky us. Look for Lacy to add some family fun and memory making moments here you won’t want to miss.
Get ready for a whole new KSW like you’ve never seen before and don’t forget to stop back by tomorrow for Jess’s first post.
Note to all my fabulous writing, photo taking and blogging friends: Wondering where your invitation to write for Kids Stuff World went? The opportunity to add these amazing ladies to my team presented itself at the perfect time and made so much sense to do. If all goes well, we’ll have more opportunities to expand and I would love to start featuring guest posts on KSW this year as well, so if you have an idea or want to join our amazing team shoot me an email and let me know.
